Emirates Airline is partnering with the Biolab Medical Laboratory– the Kingdom’s leading accredited diagnostic laboratory - to conduct complimentary PCR tests for all of the airline’s customers travelling to Dubai. The move helps to make the process of pre-departure travel requirements easy and as convenient as possible, at no cost for Emirates customers, providing them peace of mind while travelling with the airline.
The aim of the partnership is to facilitate an easier travel experience as travelers begin discovering the world again, in spite of the pandemic, and to take away the costs associated with PCR testing through Biolab Medical Laboratory’s superior testing technologies done in a professional and secure manner, to conduct PCR tests for all their passengers.
The founder and CEO of Biolab Medical Laboratory, Dr. Amid Abdelnour, said that the new agreement will help to meet the requirements of Emirates customers and by alleviating the stress and hassle of current travel procedures.
Dr. Abdelnour Also highlightedthe importance of their collaboration with Emirates Airline to cover all passengers PCR's for free and without the need to pay any extra fees or any other additional charges.

He stressed that Emirates is an industry leader when it comes to products and services on board and on the ground, in addition its extensive network, as well as prioritizing robust health and safety protocols.

This complements our generous rebooking waivers and complimentary COVID-19 medical cover for all customers, as we prioritise choice and flexibility and help build more travel confidence amongst our Jordanian customers.”
All customers booking and travelling with Emirates from Amman to Dubai can take advantage of obtaining a free PCR test after booking their flight. Customers will need to fill an online form at https://emirates.biolab.jo/ to receive a QR code to present at any Biolab branch for their free PCR test.
